Lee has been paddling and care taking the Duwamish River for 15 years. They are an ACA certified kayak, canoe, and SUP instructor. 100 ton boat captain and water protector.They helped launch RAPP in 2021 and are committed to continuing sharing access to water craft, knowledge in water safety, and protection for generations to come!
